This system will support fundraising, donor management, program tracking, volunteer coordination, and client case management. This is a critical volunteer role that will have lasting impact on how we serve our community, but you’ll have flexibility and the support of our team. What You’ll Do • Configure Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, and reports to support fundraising, programs, volunteers, and client case management • Customize dashboards and reports for easy tracking and evaluation • Provide guidance on best practices for ongoing use • Work with staff to understand needs and implement solutions Time Commitment • Flexible schedule; estimated 5–7 hours/week depending on project stage • Long-term commitment preferred (project may take several months) Skills & Experience • Previous experience as a Salesforce Administrator or equivalent • Knowledge of Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) preferred but not required • Comfortable configuring objects, workflows, and reports • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently • Desire to make a meaningful impact through technology Why This Matters Your expertise will help King Global Ministries better serve our clients, volunteers, and donors.
