Ā Engage in both voice and non-voice processes as required.
Ā Manage inbound and outbound calls professionally.
Ā Verify information from third-party entities using online databases.
Ā Review and complete Enrichment Tasks according to client specifications and training.
Ā Perform data entry, verify vendor resources, validate board certifications, and liaise with state boards for updates.
Ā Ensure tasks are executed promptly and with high quality.
Ā Fulfill additional duties as required by the company.
