As a Global Finance Manager, you will serve as a pivotal financial strategist and analytical powerhouse, driving financial planning and performance across JLL's international business operations.ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate annual global budgeting and quarterly forecasting cycles across multiple regions, facilitating cross-border finance meetings and driving alignment among international stakeholdersDesign, build, and continuously optimize advanced Excel-based financial models, automated dashboards, and data pipelines that deliver real-time performance visibility to executive leadershipConduct comprehensive variance analysis comparing Budget vs. Actual and Forecast vs. Actual results, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities across global business unitsDevelop and maintain interactive reporting tools and automated financial reports using advanced Excel functions, VBA/macros, and Google Sheets to streamline data delivery and enhance decision-making capabilitiesCollaborate with regional finance teams and business leaders to ensure data integrity, standardize reporting practices, and drive continuous improvement in financial operationsExecute strategic transformation projects focused on process efficiency, scalability, and standardization of financial workflows across international marketsMonitor compliance with Master Service Agreements and global audit requirements while providing financial guidance that supports multinational business objectivesSkillsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or closely related field with minimum 10 years of progressive experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting within global or multinational organizationsExpert-level mastery of Microsoft Excel including advanced formulas, pivot tables, data modeling, scenario analysis, and VBA/macros development, with demonstrated ability to build and optimize large-scale, complex financial modelsProven track record leading global budgeting and forecasting processes across multiple international regions and time zones, with experience facilitating cross-border finance meetings and driving stakeholder accountabilityStrong proficiency with computer-based accounting applications; experience with JD Edwards E1 enterprise system highly preferredExceptional analytical and quantitative capabilities with ability to distill complex, multi-dimensional data sets into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiencesOutstanding organizational and project management skills with demonstrated ability to independently coordinate multiple concurrent workstreams in dynamic, fast-paced global environmentsSuperior verbal and written communication skills with proven ability to present technical financial information effectively to executives, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders across different cultures and seniority levelsAdvanced proficiency in Google Sheets and other cloud-based collaboration and reporting platformsExperience with CMMS systems such as Corrigo or similar work order management solutionsBackground in commercial real estate, facilities management, or property services industriesDemonstrated success leading financial process transformation initiatives and implementing automation solutions that deliver measurable efficiency gainsExperience developing process documentation, training materials, and best-practice frameworks for global finance teamsFamiliarity with multinational compliance requirements, Master Service Agreements, and service-level commitments in global service delivery environmentsAdvanced degree (MBA, CPA, CFA) or relevant professional certifications in finance or accountingBenefits401(k) plan with matching company contributionsComprehensive Medical, Dental & Vision CarePaid parental leave at 100% of salaryPaid Time Off and Company HolidaysEarly access to earned wages through Daily PayCompany OverviewWe’re a leading professional services firm that specializes in real estate and investment management.
