Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance the overall shopping experience for customers.

Create visually appealing displays and layouts that showcase the latest collections and fashion trends.

Utilize creativity and attention to detail to ensure the store is visually appealing and inviting to customers.

Collaborate with the store team to ensure consistency in merchandising and maintain brand standards.

Train and coach team members on visual merchandising techniques and standards.

Stay updated on fashion trends and utilize this knowledge to enhance the store's visual displays.

Conduct regular store walkthroughs to identify and address any visual merchandising issues.

Ensure proper implementation of company guidelines and standards for visual merchandising.

Manage inventory and stock levels to ensure products are displayed in an organized and visually appealing manner.

Communicate with the store management team to provide feedback and recommendations on visual merchandising strategies.

Lead and motivate the visual merchandising team to ensure a positive and inclusive work environment.

Continuously seek out opportunities to improve and enhance the store's visual presentation.

Assist with other store tasks and responsibilities as needed.
