They are seeking a dynamic field-based leader to oversee a multi-territory team of Regional Account Managers, focusing on developing a strong provider referral network and driving measurable growth in access to TMS therapy.ResponsibilitiesLead, coach, and develop a team of 10–12 Regional Account Managers across multiple territories, providing consistent field-based guidance to enhance engagement strategies and clinical expertiseDrive alignment and performance across regions through structured 1:1s, KPI-driven performance management, and a focus on accountability and best practice sharingPartner with internal stakeholders to support strategic hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development to scale regional successAnalyze referral trends, territory performance, and competitive dynamics to identify growth opportunities and optimize market strategyBuild and expand relationships with key providers, health systems, and referral networks across assigned territoriesCollaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, and Reimbursement to remove barriers and strengthen market presenceMaintain a strong field presence (up to 70%), supporting RAMs in high-value accounts and complex marketsUtilize CRM tools and reporting to evaluate performance and inform data-driven decisionsEnsure all activities align with healthcare regulations, company policies, and compliance standardsSkills5+ years in healthcare, pharma, or medical device sales3+ years of leadership experience with multi-territory or regional oversightProven success leading distributed teams and driving growth across marketsStrong analytical mindset and experience using data to inform decisionsWillingness to travel extensively within regionApplicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the US.
