You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, helping them to create memorable travel experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences, needs, and budget.
• Travel Planning: Research and recommend destinations, accommodations, and activities that align with client preferences.
• Booking Management: Handle all aspects of travel bookings including flights, hotels, car rentals, and tours.
• Customer Service: Provide ongoing support before, during, and after travel. Address any issues or changes in travel plans promptly.
• Market Research: Stay up-to-date with travel trends, destination information, and industry news to offer the best recommendations.
• Sales: Promote and upsell additional travel services and packages to enhance the client experience.
Qualifications:
• Experience in the travel industry, customer service, or sales.
• In-depth knowledge of travel destinations, booking systems, and travel regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Education:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
