Virtual Tai Chi Instructor - Mondays at 3pm PST
Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Virtual Fitness Instructor with expertise in Tai Chi and other fitness disciplines to join our team. The ideal candidate will be capable of leading engaging and effective online workout sessions specifically designed for corporate clients.
Current Virtual Tai Chi Schedule: Recurring Mondays at 3-3:15pm PST
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Tai Chi fitness techniques and principles, as well as other fitness disciplines (e.g., yoga, Pilates, cardio, strength training)
- Ability to design effective programs for diverse corporate clientele
- Understanding of physiology and exercise science principles
- Experience in virtual personal training and group fitness instruction
- Proficiency with virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams)
Qualifications:
- Certification in Tai Chi and/or other fitness disciplines (e.g., ACE, NASM, Yoga Alliance)
- Previous experience in personal training and group fitness instruction
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with corporate clients virtually
- Commitment to ongoing education and professional development in fitness
