RCM Technologies, Inc. is partnering with an industrial-scale data center construction and operations company supporting hyperscale infrastructure for high-performance computing, AI, and digital asset operations. They are hiring multiple Project and Design professionals to support fast-track hyperscale data center programs across various levels. Responsibilities Provides overall leadership for large-scale hyperscale data center projects from preconstruction through commissioning Owns schedule, budget, risk, and execution strategy while partnering closely with executive leadership, engineering, construction, and operations teams Manages day-to-day execution of data center construction projects, coordinating contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders Drives schedule adherence, cost control, and quality while supporting fast-track delivery models Leads and coordinates multi-discipline design efforts across civil, architectural, structural, electrical, and mechanical systems Acts as the bridge between engineering, PMO, procurement, and external engineers of record to ensure designs align with construction sequencing, budgets, and long-lead procurement timelines Supports project and design teams by managing documentation, workflows, and communication across stakeholders Ensures consistency, version control, and clarity throughout all project phases Skills Overall leadership for large-scale hyperscale data center projects from preconstruction through commissioning Ownership of schedule, budget, risk, and execution strategy Partnership with executive leadership, engineering, construction, and operations teams Management of day-to-day execution of data center construction projects Coordination of contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders Driving schedule adherence, cost control, and quality Support for fast-track delivery models Leadership and coordination of multi-discipline design efforts across civil, architectural, structural, electrical, and mechanical systems Acting as the bridge between engineering, PMO, procurement, and external engineers of record Management of documentation, workflows, and communication across stakeholders Ensuring consistency, version control, and clarity throughout all project phases Benefits 401K Medical / Dental / Vision Company Overview RCM Technologies, Inc.
