Key Responsibilities: Content Creation & Management Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across all major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube) Create and publish weekly posts tailored to each platform's unique audience and format requirements Produce monthly newsletters with compelling content, industry insights, and audience engagement metrics Utilize AI tools for content ideation, copy generation, image creation, and video editing Maintain brand voice consistency across all channels and communications AI Integration & Optimization: Implement AI-powered tools for content creation, scheduling, and performance analysis Use machine learning insights to optimize posting times, content types, and audience targeting Leverage AI for hashtag research, trend identification, and competitor analysis Continuously evaluate and integrate new AI technologies to improve efficiency and results Analytics & Strategy: Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics and KPIs Generate monthly reports with actionable insights and recommendations A/B test content strategies using AI-driven analytics Track newsletter open rates, click-through rates, and subscriber growth Community Management: Respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely, professional manner Foster community engagement and build authentic relationships with followers Monitor brand mentions and manage online reputation Collaborate with customer service teams for a seamless user experience Required Qualifications 2+ years of social media management experience Proficiency with AI content creation tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Canva AI, etc.) Experience with social media management platforms (Hootsuite, etc.) Newsletter platform expertise (Mailchimp, BeeHive, etc. ) Strong understanding of platform-specific best practices and algorithm changes Excellent written communication and creative storytelling abilities Analytics experience with tools like Google Analytics, native platform insights Graphic design and video editing skills
