Virtual SLP in MA
A contract position is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist specializing in telespeech services. This role supports students in a school setting through remote speech therapy sessions, providing critical communication development assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ Deliver telespeech therapy to students in compliance with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
ā¢ Assess, plan, and implement speech and language interventions tailored to individual student needs.
ā¢ Maintain detailed documentation of therapy sessions and progress reports.
ā¢ Collaborate with educators and support staff to enhance student communication skills.
ā¢ Utilize teletherapy platforms and technology effectively to engage students remotely.
Qualifications:
ā¢ Valid Speech-Language Pathologist licensure eligible for practice within the state.
ā¢ Experience providing telespeech therapy services, preferably in educational settings.
ā¢ Strong understanding of speech and language development and disorders in children.
ā¢ Excellent communication and organizational skills.
ā¢ Ability to work independently in a remote service delivery model.
