Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. itD is seeking a Human Resource Manager to support workplace integrity and employee advocacy by conducting complex employee relations investigations and providing expert guidance on employment matters. The role involves managing employee relations cases, advising stakeholders, and collaborating with legal and HR teams to foster a compliant work environment.ResponsibilitiesConduct employee relations investigations and recommend appropriate actions in alignment with company policies, procedures, and employment practicesManage a high volume of employee relations cases from intake through resolution, ensuring timely communication, documentation, and closureMaintain detailed and accurate case records, investigation findings, and supporting documentationAdvise managers, HR partners, and cross-functional stakeholders on employee relations matters, policy interpretation, and disciplinary actionsCoach and counsel employees and leaders on complex workplace issues while balancing employee advocacy and business needsCollaborate with legal, HR, and cross-functional teams to assess risk, resolve workplace concerns, and ensure consistent application of policiesPrepare and deliver presentations, training sessions, and educational materials related to employee relations programs and best practicesSupport the development, enhancement, and implementation of employee relations programs, processes, and continuous improvement initiativesCommunicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including senior and executive leadershipUtilize emerging technologies and AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency while maintaining a strong focus on employee experience and workplace cultureAttend regular internal practice community meetingsCollaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadershipComplete client case studies and learning material (blogs, media material)Build out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practiceAttend internal itD networking events (in person and virtual)Work with leadership on career fast-track opportunitiesSkillsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience6+ years of Human Resources and/or Employee Relations experienceMinimum 3+ years of experience conducting workplace or employee relations investigations2+ years of experience supporting employees within a multinational organizationExperience managing complex employee relations matters and high-volume case workloadsStrong knowledge of employee relations practices, workplace investigations, policy interpretation, and disciplinary processesProficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of an organizationDemonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and manage sensitive situations professionallyExperience using HR Acuity or similar employee relations case management platformsDemonstrated success partnering with business leaders to support organizational objectives and workforce initiativesStrong presentation, facilitation, and training delivery experienceAbility to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across multiple levels of managementExperience working independently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while managing competing prioritiesExperience developing and implementing HR strategies and employee relations programsFamiliarity with AI-enabled tools that support operational efficiency and employee relations processesExperience supporting organizational change initiatives and complex workforce environmentsBenefitsComprehensive medical benefitsA 401k planPaid holidaysMedicalDentalVisionLife insurancePaid holidays401K + matchingNetworking & career learning and development programsCompany OverviewitD is a different kind of technology and software development consultancy that puts client needs at the center of what we do.
