- Maintain a quiet, distraction-free work environment at home
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must reside in Georgia, Texas, or North Carolina
- Excellent people skills and a friendly, patient demeanor
- Experience in an administrative assistant, receptionist, front desk, or clerical position
- Must have a reliable hardwired internet connection with at least 20 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous work experience at a call center is a plus
- Tech-savvy enough to troubleshoot minor computer issues
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated and highly driven
