Answer phones and emails to handle external inquiries
Organize, categorize, and maintain digital documents for easy accessibility
Input and update information into databases accurately
Assist in basic financial tasks such as maintaining expense records
Support compliance efforts by verifying banking information and addresses
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Excellent communication skills, including speaking, writing, and active listening
Customer service experience of at least one year
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
Ability to manage shared email inboxes
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in bookkeeping or basic financial tasks
Familiarity with data entry and database management
Previous experience in a food and beverage industry
Additional language skills beyond English
Certification in customer service or related fields
