The ProExec Account Executive plays a critical role in delivering exceptional client service and supporting the growth and retention of a specialized portfolio of business by partnering with brokers, carriers, clients, and internal stakeholders to drive new business opportunities and ensure seamless account management.ResponsibilitiesSupports new business and renewal activities, including account preparation, renewal reviews, and client retention initiativesPrepares and reviews submissions, proposals, policies, endorsements, invoices, and other client-facing documents to ensure accuracy and completenessPartners closely with brokers to execute account strategies, support business development efforts, and deliver exceptional client serviceBuilds and maintains strong relationships with clients, carriers, brokers, and internal stakeholdersAnalyzes account activity and portfolio trends to identify risks, opportunities, and insights that support client retention and business growthEnsures compliance with regulatory requirements, carrier guidelines, and internal policies while maintaining accurate account documentationMaintains client and policy data in internal systems and ensures servicing activities are completed in accordance with established quality standardsCollaborates with Accounting, Compliance, Operations, and other internal teams to resolve invoicing, cancellation, and servicing-related mattersAssists in the development of proposals, presentations, and other materials that support new business and renewal opportunitiesManages accounts throughout the policy lifecycle, ensuring timely execution of deliverables and a high level of responsivenessSkillsActive Property and Casualty License requiredMinimum of 3 years of commercial insurance industry experience requiredExperience managing accounts through the full insurance lifecycle, including submissions, renewals, policy administration, documentation review, and client service activitiesStrong knowledge of Cyber Liability, E&O, Executive Risk, and related commercial insurance productsExcellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentAbility to analyze information, identify trends, and provide insights that contribute to client retention and business growthStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to develop trusted relationships with clients, carriers, brokers, and internal partners5+ years of experience supporting Cyber Liability, Errors & Omissions (E&O), Executive Risk, Professional Liability, or related commercial lines strongly preferredExperience working within an insurance brokerage environment supporting complex commercial accounts preferred- wholesale highly preferredBenefitsPaid time off for company holidays, vacation, sick and personal daysPaid parental leaveMental health servicesFull-time roles are eligible for bonuses and benefitsCompany OverviewRyan Specialty is an insurance firm that provides solutions for brokers, agents, and insurance carriers.
