Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
• * Influencer Relationship Management: Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with virtual influencers aligned with client brand values.
• * Campaign Strategy: Develop and execute innovative influencer marketing campaigns tailored to specific brand goals.
• * Collaboration Coordination: Work closely with influencers to curate engaging content that resonates with target audiences.
• * Analytics & Reporting: Track campaign performance, analyze results, and provide insights for optimization.
• * Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on trends in virtual influencer marketing and emerging technologies in the space.
• * Budget Oversight: Manage campaign budgets and ensure cost-effective strategies without compromising quality.
• * Compliance: Ensure adherence to FTC guidelines and ethical standards in all influencer collaborations.
• Required Skills and Qualifications
• * Proven experience in digital marketing or influencer management (2+ years preferred).
• * Strong understanding of virtual influencers and their role in digital campaigns.
• * Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• * Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, social media insights, or influencer platforms.
• * Creative problem-solving abilities and the ability to think strategically.
• * Familiarity with current trends in social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• * Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience
• * Minimum of 2 years in influencer marketing, digital campaigns, or content management.
• * Experience in managing budgets and working with influencers or talent agencies is a plus.
• * Prior experience with virtual influencers is highly desirable but not mandatory.
• Working Hours
• * Flexible working hours with core availability during standard U.S. business hours.
• * Remote work option available, with occasional virtual meetings or travel for client events.
