Virtual Health Coach
This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: Georgia (USA) Summary As a Virtual Health Coach, you will work one-on-one with clients to help them adopt healthier lifestyles, manage chronic conditions, improve nutrition, increase physical activity, and support mental well-being β all through remote coaching sessions. You will provide motivation, education, accountability, and personalized strategies to support client goals. Duties β’ Conduct virtual coaching sessions via phone, video, or chat. β’ Assess client health needs, goals, and readiness to change. β’ Develop and implement personalized health and wellness plans. β’ Educate clients on nutrition, physical activity, stress management, sleep hygiene, and healthy habits. β’ Monitor client progress and adjust plans as needed. β’ Provide encouragement, accountability, and motivational support. β’ Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and progress. β’ Collaborate with other wellness professionals or clinical staff as needed. β’ Stay current with health coaching best practices and guidelines. Requirements β’ Certification as a Health Coach (e.g., NBC-HWC, ACE, IIN, Wellcoaches, etc.) β’ Strong knowledge of health behavior change, nutrition, physical activity, and wellness principles. β’ Excellent communication, listening, and motivational interviewing skills. β’ Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools and telehealth platforms. β’ Ability to work independently and manage a remote schedule. Nice To Haves β’ Experience coaching clients with chronic conditions (e.g., diabetes, obesity, hypertension). β’ Background in allied health, fitness, psychology, or nutrition. β’ Bilingual or multilingual skills a plus.
