Basic Qualifications: • Requires ability to take written and verbal direction. Requires ability to relate to the public and Drury team members in a warm, friendly, and professional manner by creating a hospitable environment. Requires attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and efficiently. Requires thorough knowledge of Drury Hotels’ policies and procedures for guest service. Requires ability to operate a computer. Requires ability to use the Drury Spirit Reservation Process as described.
