VIRTUAL DENTAL ASSISTANT (Remote outside of US)

Welcome! We're a growing dental practice looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant to support our team from behind the scenes. This is a fully remote role — perfect for someone who works well independently and takes pride in doing things right. ABOUT US: We're a busy family and cosmetic dental practice seeing 20-30 patients a day. While you won't be in the office with us, your work directly impacts the patient experience. We need someone we can count on. WHAT YOU'LL START WITH: • Dental insurance verification (we'll train you!) • Answering NP calls • Confirming patient eligibility and benefits • Communicating with insurance companies • Keeping accurate records in our system WHERE THIS CAN GO: • Inbound patient calls — scheduling, questions, follow-ups Outbound calls — appointment reminders, recall outreach • Additional administrative support as you grow with us WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: • Self-starter — you don't need constant supervision • Excellent communication skills — friendly, clear, professional • Detail-oriented — insurance work requires accuracy • Willingness to learn — dental experience is a plus (we use Open Dental) • Reliable — you show up, follow through, and get it done REQUIREMENTS: • Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace • Computer with headset for calls • Available during EST business hours (or flexible overlap) • Comfortable working independently with minimal oversight • Experience with insurance verification is a plus, but we'll train the right person WHAT WE OFFER: • Flexible remote work — no commute, work from home • Training and support to get you up to speed • Room to grow as we grow This starts as a part-time role with potential to expand based on performance.
