The Role: As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will create tests to assure stable software solutions and will be part of a cross-functional team responsible for identifying any potentical issues with Datacor's ERP software before a product release. We are looking for someone who is comfortable writing test cases and is able to understand requirements and assure these requirements fulfill company standards before releasing them. Responsibilities: Develop a knowledge of Smoke, User Interface, Component, API and E2E testing Create manual test cases Create automation test cases Document and report bugs Ensure products meet requirements and maintain standards Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree with coursework in computer science, engineering, or information technology, or a work history that demonstrates proficiency in software testing Proven experience in Quality Assurance or a similar role Working knowledge of data/database technologies (SQL, Access) Basic knowledge of multiple languages, libraries and frameworks (e.g. JS, C#, VB.NET) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and teamwork skills (this person will be working with team members based in Costa Rica and the US and must be fluent in English) Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Test Complete Experience using Jira Experience using Zephyr Please submit your application and resume in English.
