Position Overview:

CVS Health is looking for Virtual Customer Support Specialists to join our remote team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of support and assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding virtual customer support via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
Assist customers in navigating our virtual healthcare services, including prescription refills, appointment scheduling, and insurance inquiries.
Educate customers on CVS Health's products and services, promoting their understanding and utilization.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex cases to higher levels of support when necessary.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong command of English.
Previous customer service experience, preferably in a remote or virtual setting.
Proficiency in using virtual communication tools and systems.
Empathetic and patient approach to customer inquiries and concerns.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
