We're a company that appreciates innovation and encourages our associates to think outside the box. **Job Summary** As a Bilingual Spanish Call Center Customer Service Representative, you'll be the initial point of contact for inquiries from potential and existing clients related to the NJ Family Care Program. You'll provide one-to-one telephone contact with applicants, beneficiaries, and enrollees in customer service roles, accurately documenting enrollment requests, status changes, complaints, and grievances.
