Key Responsibilities:
As a Virtual Customer Support Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to provide outstanding customer service and support to our valued passengers. You will play a vital role in ensuring their travel experience is smooth, enjoyable, and memorable. Your key responsibilities include:

Flight Information: Providing up-to-date information on flight schedules, delays, and cancellations, and assisting passengers with rebooking when necessary.
Baggage Services: Offering support with lost or damaged baggage claims and tracking.
Fare Information: Educating customers on fare options, fees, and any relevant information.
Problem Resolution: Addressing and resolving customer complaints, working closely with relevant departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Product Knowledge: Maintaining a deep understanding of Delta Airlines services, products, and policies to offer accurate and helpful information to customers.
