About the Role: IAM Developer We're seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Developer to join our team at blithequark. As an IAM Developer, you'll be responsible for integrating packages in SailPoint to enhance our protection and governance posture. You'll work closely with world-class software and platform teams to design software integrations that fit our scalable, agile structure. Key Responsibilities Design, construct, and launch customer-specific workflows for provisioning, correlation rules, access certification, as well as Joiner, Mover, and Leaver within IIQ. Manage installation and troubleshooting of IAM solutions in an enterprise environment, ensuring seamless integration and minimal downtime. Leverage SailPoint implementation experience with strong IAM domain best practices, design, and maintenance knowledge to drive project success. Implement JML events, custom/OOTB LCM Workflows to meet business requirements, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Utilize strong knowledge of WebServices, RestAPI & SCIM API connectors, and Provisioning rules to customize application onboarding and streamline processes. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: Strong exposure to average identity management, access control, RBAC, role mining, access aggregation/certification, and Federation. Experience with change deployment/release management, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to business operations. Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, XML, DSML, Linux, Tomcat, Oracle, SQL Server, etc., with a strong understanding of technical concepts and applications. A positive and proactive mindset, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and challenges. You can meet the minimum qualifications through: Option 1: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field. Option 2: 3 years of experience in systems and infrastructure engineering or a related field at a tech, retail, or data-driven company. Preferred Qualifications While not mandatory, having the following qualifications can give you a competitive edge: Advanced knowledge of SailPoint and IAM solutions, with experience in designing and implementing complex integration projects. Strong understanding of industry best practices and emerging trends in identity and access management. Experience working in a hybrid environment, with a mix of office and remote work, and a proven ability to collaborate effectively across different locations.
