Duties Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat platforms Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account details Assist customers with troubleshooting issues and resolving complaints efficiently Enter data accurately into company databases and maintain detailed records of interactions Support outbound calling campaigns to follow up on customer requests or surveys Process transactions such as cash handling when necessary, adhering to security protocols Utilize Microsoft Office tools to prepare reports or documentation as needed Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure positive customer experiences Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and resolve complex issues promptly Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service or related fields are a plus Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on clarity and professionalism Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases Experience in customer support, call centers, or sales is advantageous but not required; training will be provided Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and general computer skills Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail Excellent analysis skills for assessing customer needs and providing tailored solutions Good typing speed and data entry accuracy are essential for efficient workflow Demonstrated phone etiquette and outbound calling experience preferred This position is ideal for individuals eager to develop their customer service expertise in a supportive environment while delivering outstanding client experiences.
