Requirements:
Β High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Β Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Β Previous customer service experience in a virtual setting is a plus.
Β Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Β Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Β Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools.
