**Job Summary**

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll serve as the front line to our Spanish-speaking customers placing meal orders. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while efficiently and accurately submitting their orders. This is a fully remote position, and you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. We're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service, has excellent communication skills, and is fluent in both English and Spanish.

**Responsibilities**

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities may include:

* Handling inbound and outbound customer service calls with our clients placing their meal orders
* Addressing questions and providing exceptional customer service
* Inputting order information into the appropriate client order screen
* Documenting all conversations with clients into client information databases
* Ensuring all assigned clients are contacted and have an order on file
* Contacting case managers via telephone, email, and/or fax when a special situation arises regarding one of their clients
* Working quickly and efficiently without making the client feel rushed

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

* Bilingual (English/Spanish) language skills
* High school degree or GED
* 1 year of previous customer service experience
* Previous knowledge and experience using the Microsoft Office suite (Word/Excel/Outlook)
* Clear oral communication skills
* Ability to deescalate situations and quickly resolve customer complaints
* Prior experience adhering to company policies and showing core values
* Must have a wired internet connection using an ethernet port
* Must have a quiet workspace that is free from distraction

**Preferred Qualifications**

While not required, we're looking for candidates with:

* 1 year of previous call center experience
* Previous experience with auto dialer, multi-line phone system, and/or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
* Previous experience working with HIPAA policies and procedures

**Physical Requirements**

This role requires:

* Repetitive motions that include the wrists, hands, and/or fingers
* Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting, remaining in a stationary position for prolonged periods
* Visual perception to perform the job, including peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
