Full-time Virtual Chat Support Associate needed to provide real-time customer assistance through live chat platforms. Join our remote team helping customers nationwide with their inquiries and issues.
Key Responsibilities
ā¢ Respond to customer inquiries via live chat platforms
ā¢ Provide technical support and product information
ā¢ Process orders, returns, and account changes
ā¢ Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues
ā¢ Maintain chat response time and quality standards
ā¢ Document customer interactions in CRM system
ā¢ Collaborate with team members on customer solutions
Requirements
ā¢ High school diploma or equivalent
ā¢ 1 years chat support or customer service experience
ā¢ Excellent written communication skills
ā¢ Fast typing speed (40 WPM) with accuracy
ā¢ Strong multitasking abilities
ā¢ Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
ā¢ Reliable internet and quiet home office
Technical Requirements
ā¢ Computer with Windows 10/Mac OS
ā¢ High-speed internet (25 Mbps minimum)
ā¢ Dual monitor setup preferred
ā¢ Backup internet connection recommended
ā¢ Familiarity with chat software platforms
Compensation & Benefits
ā¢ $17-21/hour based on experience
ā¢ Full-time: 40 hours per week guaranteed
