Identify trends and recurring issues, escalating them to management or specialized teams as needed.
Provide feedback on chat performance and suggest improvements to enhance customer service processes.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a customer service or technical support role, preferably with a focus on Microsoft products.
Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for detail, grammar, and spelling.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with Microsoft Teams or other chat platforms.
Ability to manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace for remote work.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in customer service or Microsoft products is a plus.
Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with helpdesk ticketing systems and CRM software.
