Responsibilities
Ā• Be the Go-To Contact: Act as the main point of contact for our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any issues promptly.
Ā• Lead and Inspire: Provide leadership and supervision to our dedicated Billing Team, ensuring outstanding service delivery.
Ā• Strategic Planning: Plan and direct workload resources for each client to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Ā• Policy and Procedure Management: Design, implement, and oversee policies and procedures to ensure team success.
Ā• Financial Reporting: Compile and present monthly financial reports for each client, keeping them informed of their progress.
Ā• Achieve Collection Goals: Work diligently to meet monthly collection goals for each client.
Ā• Motivate and Support: Inspire and support your Billing Team to achieve their best performance and maintain high productivity levels.

Requirements
Ā• Industry Expertise: Strong understanding of full revenue cycle management and the healthcare industry.
Ā• Medical Billing Knowledge: Solid background in the medical billing industry is essential.
Ā• Leadership Experience: Prior experience in a supervisory or management role is required.
Ā• Technical Skills: Familiarity with CPT and ICD-10 codes is a must.
Ā• Proactive Approach: Ownership of projects and a proactive problem-solving attitude are needed.
Ā• Training and Supervision: Ability to train and supervise both in-office and virtual employees.
Ā• Organizational Skills: Adept at handling complex problems with multiple variables in an organized manner.
Ā• Tech Savvy: Proficiency in computer use and Microsoft Office products is required.
Ā• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for success in this role.
