Virtual Assistant – YouTube Channel Manager (Light Editing & Scheduling)
I’m looking for a Virtual Assistant to help manage one of my client’s YouTube channels. The work is straightforward and doesn’t require heavy editing—just consistency, reliability, and basic familiarity with video tools. What You’ll Do: Download videos (about 2 per week, ~20 minutes each) from another YouTube channel. Light editing only: Add client’s logo. Remove empty space, countdown timers, or any spots where the livestream cut out. Add simple fades in/out. Export the final video. Schedule content for posting the following week. Generate short-form clips from the long-form videos using Opus Clip (I’ll select the best clips ahead of time). Add music and captions to short clips in TikTok, then schedule them through Buffer. Time Commitment About 1 hour per week (4 hours per month). Workflow is simple—each long-form video can be prepped in under 5 minutes, and short-form clips are handled by Opus Clip with only minor adjustments needed. What I’m Looking For Someone with basic video editing skills (cutting, adding logo, simple fades). Familiarity with YouTube, TikTok, and Buffer is a plus. Reliability: I need someone consistent week after week. Good communication—if you can’t work a certain week, just let me know so I can plan ahead.
