Virtual Assistant (Work From Home)

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented virtual assistant to provide administrative, technical, and creative support to Hansen Physical Therapy. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively in a remote environment.

This is a fully remote position that offers the flexibility to work from anywhere in the Rapid City, SD.

Responsibilities

Administrative Support:
• Manage and organize emails, schedules, and appointments.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, calls, and events.
• Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Handle customer inquiries and support as needed.

Technical Assistance:
• Provide basic IT support and troubleshoot common technical issues.
• Manage and update software applications and databases.
• Assist with website maintenance and updates.

Creative Services:
• Create and edit content for blogs, social media, and marketing materials.
• Design graphics and multimedia content as needed.
• Assist with the planning and execution of marketing campaigns.

Personal Assistance:
• Arrange travel plans, including bookings and itineraries.
• Manage personal tasks and errands, such as event planning or household coordination.

Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
• Proficiency with office software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) and communication platforms (e.g., Slack, Zoom).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality.

Preferred Skills:
• Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
