✅ Responsibilities:
- Manage and update Asana boards for tasks & content pipelines
- Build and maintain Zapier automations
- Support funnel management (emails, landing pages, tags, tracking)
- Oversee digital content workflow (draft → edit → publish → promote)
- Provide executive calendar support and proactive scheduling
Skills Required:
- Strong Asana experience
- Zapier / workflow automation
- Familiar with funnel management tools (Kajabi, Skool, or similar)
- Digital content pipeline management
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
⏰ Availability:
- Part-time to start (5–10 hrs/week) with potential to expand
