We manage listings, pricing, guest communication, and overall property success. **What You’ll Be Doing** As our VA, you will focus on finding and securing new co-hosting clients. This includes searching Facebook groups, Airbnb, and Upwork for potential property owners, compiling leads into a shared spreadsheet, sending outreach messages, vetting prospects, and helping close deals. You’ll also provide a short daily report of your progress. **Responsibilities:** - Search Facebook groups, Airbnb, and Upwork for property owners who may need management - Compile leads into a shared spreadsheet - Send outreach messages using provided templates - Provide a short daily report of tasks completed **Requirements:** - Excellent written English (clear and friendly communication) - Fast response time (guests expect replies within an hour) - Comfortable with Facebook, Airbnb, and related platforms - Organized and detail-oriented - Previous VA, Airbnb, or property management experience is a plus **Hours & Pay** - 5–10 hours per week to start (room to grow with performance) - Flexible schedule, but must be responsive during U.S. daytime/evening hours - Pay: $4–6/hr depending on experience (with potential for bonuses as we grow) **How to Apply** Send me a short message with: 1.
