Virtual Assistant (Marketing Operations & SOP Execution) – Remote
Overview
We’re hiring a highly organized Virtual Assistant to help operate the backend systems behind a fast-growing Miami-based hospitality and social brand.
This role is focused on execution, coordination, and consistency.
You will be responsible for following SOPs exactly, managing marketing workflows, organizing social media operations, coordinating guest list logistics, and helping execute the systems that drive growth and brand presence.
This is not an influencer role.
This is an operations role for someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, fast, and capable of executing structured workflows with precision.

• Following SOPs and workflows exactly as instructed
• Managing social media operations and organization
• Assisting with Instagram outreach and engagement
• Tracking guest lists and event coordination data
• Organizing contacts, spreadsheets, and internal systems
• Coordinating content uploads and scheduling
• Managing backend marketing tasks
• Maintaining databases and CRM organization
• Supporting influencer and networking workflows
• Quality checking deliverables before submission
• Reporting task completion clearly and consistently
