Virtual Assistant for Website Design & Marketing Business I

I’m looking for a Virtual Assistant to join me in my website design and marketing business.

This will start at 10 hours per week, then move up to 20 hours within 3 months. If things go well, I’d love for this to grow into a full-time role (40 hours/week) within a year. I’m really looking for someone who wants to stick around, learn, and grow with me.

What you’ll be doing to start:

- Prospecting on Facebook (don’t worry — I’ll teach you how I do this)

- Researching and creating social media content for my Facebook page (focused on web design and lead generation)

- Helping manage my Facebook page (posting, replying to comments, etc.)

Down the road, you may also help with:

- SEO tasks (like business citations, backlink research, outreach)

- Setting up and managing email campaigns

- Updating website content in WordPress + Elementor

-Other digital marketing and admin tasks that pop up

What I need from you:

- Fluent English (spoken + written) — this one’s non-negotiable

- Clear and timely communication with me (super important)

- A willingness to learn (I’ll train you on the tools and processes I use)

- A positive, proactive attitude — detail-oriented and reliable

You don’t need to know everything on the list right away. What matters most is that you’re dependable, open to learning, and ready to grow into the role.
