As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team and ensuring the smooth operation of our daily tasks.Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the team, including but not limited to managing emails, and scheduling appointments- Conduct research and gather information as needed for various projects.- Assist with data entry and maintenance of company databases.- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and other documents.- Monitor and respond to emails and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.- Collaborate with team members to ensure deadlines are met and projects are completed efficiently.- Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or support role.- Excellent communication and organizational skills.- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Premieraerospace is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity at our company.
