Virtual Assistant - Content Management, Emailing, Basic Graphic Design & Video Editing (Part Time)
Hello! I'm looking for a virtual assistant to be my right hand person for my e-commerce brand, personal brand, and YouTube channel.
The role will have typical startup type tasks like email newsletters, video editing, graphic design, and web research, and minor website work like posting on the blog. The position is part time, and will start with 12-15 hours per week.
Requirements for position:
- Must be fluent in English (can read and write)
- Must be able to create a content calendar that incorporates all content for the month/quarter.
- Must have basic graphic design skills (use of Canva is okay)
- Must be able to do basic video editing
- Must be able to create email newsletters
- Must be able to read and send emails
- Must be able to post content on website (if you already have some familiarity with Shopify, that is a plus)
- Must be able to upload videos to YouTube, write descriptions, captions and more
- Must be able to upload content to social media (Like Twitter/X)
- Must be good with attention-to-detail
- Must adhere to deadlines
- Must be familiar with trends in digital marketing and social media
