Key Responsibilities
• Manage and prioritize emails, calendar, and appointments
• Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations
• Organize and maintain documents and databases
• Conduct internet research and compile data as needed
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally
• Assist in creating and editing presentations and reports
• Handle basic bookkeeping and expense tracking
• Manage social media accounts and handle online correspondence
• Assist in organizing virtual events and webinars
• Handle basic IT troubleshooting and liaise with technical support
• Provide general administrative support to the team
• Complete ad-hoc tasks as required
• Ensure confidentiality and data security at all times
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements
Required Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant administrative role
• Proficiency in MS Office and G Suite
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized with great attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new tools and software quickly
• Knowledge of basic bookkeeping and record-keeping principles
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• High school diploma; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
• Experience with online collaboration tools and project management software
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong customer service orientation and professional demeanor
• Understanding of online marketing and social media management
