Video Game Sound Designer

This hybrid role allows for collaboration in our state-of-the-art studio and the flexibility of remote work. You will be responsible for designing, creating, and implementing sound effects, ambient audio, and Foley for video games. Your duties will include recording, editing, mixing, and mastering audio assets, as well as integrating them into game engines using middleware such as Wwise or FMOD. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of game development pipelines, excellent ears for detail, and a passion for interactive audio. A portfolio showcasing your best sound design work for games is essential. Proficiency with digital audio workstations (DAWs) such as Pro Tools, Cubase, or Reaper, and a strong knowledge of audio middleware are required. Experience with game engines like Unreal Engine or Unity is highly beneficial. We are looking for a collaborative team player with strong communication skills who can work effectively with game designers, artists, and programmers. A degree in Audio Engineering, Music Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience, is expected.
