Responsibilities
• Lead shifts to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly customer service.

• Manage assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.

• Set goals and delegate tasks to team members.

• Ensure Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience.

• Oversee sales promotions and ensure service staff are trained in procedures.

• Organize Front Counter, McCafé, and Drive-Thru areas for optimal service.

• Ensure the restaurant delivers quality food quickly and safely.

• Control food costs and train kitchen staff in production procedures.
,
• Hire qualified crew and ensure they are well-trained and scheduled effectively.

Requirements
• Previous managerial experience preferred, ideally in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.

• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in corporate-owned restaurants.
,
• Open availability is required for Department Leaders.
,
• Positive team player with a passion for working in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-haves
