Video Content Creator & Editor

Applicants without English proficiency will not be considered.Role OverviewWe're seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Content Creator & Editor to produce high-quality video content for our podcast, marketing channels, and internal use. You'll transform long-form interviews and media into engaging short-form content optimized for platforms like YouTube Shorts, Reels, and TikTok.In This Role, You Will:Video Editing & ProductionEdit podcast episodes, interviews, and marketing content using DaVinci Resolve Studio (preferred) or Final Cut ProRepurpose long-form content into shorts using Descript and Opus ClipsClean and enhance audio using Pod CastleApply branded thumbnails and graphics via Canva or PhotoshopAdd captions, hooks, and pacing suited for each platformEdit internal content (team interviews, sales, and marketing videos)Sync and mix b-roll, music, sound effects, and voiceoversPerform color grading (a plus, but not required)Graphic Design SupportMaintain visual consistency using existing templatesSupport creation of eye-catching, high-CTR visualsFile ManagementOrganize and label all source and export files in Google Drive with a consistent structureCollaboration & ExecutionWork closely with the Podcasting Content Manager to align on creative direction and timelinesCommunicate clearly on progress, deadlines, and feedbackThrive in a remote environment with a proactive, self-driven approachTools We UsePrimary: DaVinci Resolve Studio, Descript, Opus Clips, CanvaAdditional: Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, PodCastle, CapCutSkills and Experience We Value:2+ years of video editing experience (DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut preferred)Strong skills in editing and repurposing long-form content into engaging shortsExperience working with design templates (thumbnails, graphics, etc.)Comfortable editing a wide range of content including podcasts and internal videosHighly organized and consistent with file managementSolid understanding of editing best practices, pacing and audio balanceLanguage Requirement: Full professional fluency in English (both spoken and written) is required for this role.
