Own Revenue for Americas & EuropeFull P&L ownership – bookings, pipeline, growth targetsDefine market entry strategy (ICP, verticals, pricing, GTM)Secure marquee customers to establish credibility2. Close Enterprise DealsLead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles (CISOs, CPOs, Heads of Risk)Navigate enterprise, and mid-market deals with financial services, fintechs, consumer internet platformsBuild pipeline through outbound, partnerships, and ecosystem channels3. Build the TeamHire and scale the Americas/Europe sales org (AEs, SDRs, SEs, managers)Design org structure, onboarding programs, and performance frameworksBuild a high-performance culture based on accountability and execution4. Create Repeatable Sales PlaybooksCodify discovery, demo, solutioning, and closing methodologiesDocument competitive positioningBuild expansion playbooks5. Drive Predictable RevenueEstablish metrics rigor: pipeline coverage, win rates, sales cycle lengthBuild forecasting accuracyRun operating cadences6.
