This is a Part Time role to cover an employee on leave. This candidate will perform secretarial and administrative support services. Arbour provides a warm, encouraging work environment and strives to offer compassionate and innovative care to all those we serve.Schedule:
Monday 9:30am-6:00pm
Tuesday 11:30am-8:00pm
Wednesday 11:30am-8:00pm
Thursday 11:30am-8:00pm
Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
Essential Responsibilities:
Prepare clients charts that have been requested, both into office and out of office
Distributes meeting agenda and minutes
Schedules and coordinate client visits
Collect copayments
Process billing sheets
Prior authorization
Duties as needed to help facilitate need of the office

Spanish speaking
1 year of healthcare administration experience required
Associates Degree or Certificate preferred
Ability to reliably commute to work
Should be detail oriented and have experience within the customer service industry
Excited to play their part to help ACS continue to provide comprehensive outpatient counseling services to children, adolescents, and adults
Candidate must possess appropriate citizenship work documentation
Candidate must pass a CORI and drug test as well as other pre-employment documentation
