You will articulate and lead the strategic development of sales channels, team performance, and growth objectives, while collaborating to optimize the customer experience. As a coach within your team, you will ensure cohesion, engagement, and talent development. QUALIFICATIONS : You have a clear vision and the ability to inspire your team around shared objectives. Your university degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field, combined with around ten years of experience in a similar role, allows you to fully embrace your leadership as Vice President. Proficiency in French is considered an important asset. A graduate degree in management or sales, as well as experience in the manufacturing and horticultural sectors, are significant assets.
