Job DescriptionWe're looking for a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Sales to lead the charge for our Club Division. This key role is responsible for driving revenue growth, leading a high-performing sales team, and ensuring our products and services reach the right clients with impact and efficiency.As Vice President of Sales, you'll manage and support our Senior Territory Managers, Business Development Manager, Solution Consultant Manager, and Sales Administrator. You’ll work closely with leaders across the organization to achieve both sales targets and customer retention goals. This role reports directly to our Chief Sales Officer.What You'll DoLead and support a team of six, providing regular feedback, coaching, and directionBuild and manage annual bookings budgets and commission models, partnering with executive leadershipCollaborate with the STM team to shape and execute territory strategiesWork with the BDR Manager to increase lead volume and support pipeline growthPartner with the SC Manager to ensure the sales team has the technical support needed to close dealsOversee and run sales team meetings, including weekly leadership check-ins, monthly team-wide updates, and quarterly offsite planning sessionsDirect the Sales Administrator on reporting, forecasting, commissions, and executive updatesPartner weekly with Club Division Marketing to align on campaigns, outreach, and brand visibilityRepresent Sales in Market Council meetingsTravel approximately 20% to support team and customer engagementManage overall sales budget, including events, travel, and related expensesQualificationsWhat You Bring:A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotasStrong strategic thinking and planning abilitiesExceptional communication and relationship-building skillsExperience leading and developing high-performing teamsStrong attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple prioritiesProficiency in SaaS solutions and technologiesExperience We're Looking For:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience6 to 8 years of progressive sales leadership experienceIn-depth understanding of the SaaS landscapeExperience in health and wellness or enterprise software sales is a plusAdditional InformationThe on-target earnings (OTE) for this role is $166,800 - $300,000 per year. Where you fall within the compensation range is based on how you demonstrate the attributes and competencies required for the role. We mostly reserve the upper half of our compensation bands for internal growth.
