Bloomingrove Veterinary Hospital in North Greenbush, NY is looking for a friendly, detail-oriented team member to help with remote client communication and scheduling. About the Role: You’ll reach out to clients by phone for post-visit check-ins, progress updates, and reminders, while helping to schedule non-urgent appointments such as wellness visits, vaccines, and rechecks. Responsibilities: Make thoughtful follow-up calls after exams, surgeries, or treatments Check in with clients on medications and ongoing care plans Schedule and confirm non-urgent appointments Record communication notes accurately in our system Collaborate with our in-hospital team to ensure great client service Requirements: Prior veterinary field experience (assistant, technician, or client service role) required Professional, compassionate phone communication Experience with veterinary software (Intravet or similar preferred) Reliable internet and quiet workspace Excellent organization and attention to detail Schedule & Details: Part-time, remote position with flexible hours Ideal for a retired vet tech, stay-at-home parent, or anyone with hands-on vet experience seeking remote work Compensation based on experience If you love helping pets and their people—and enjoy building relationships by phone—this could be the perfect remote fit.
