About the position
AO Globe Life is seeking motivated professionals to support the veteran community through virtual benefit consultations. Responsibilities
• Conduct virtual consultations with pre-scheduled clients across the United States
• Educate individuals and families on supplemental benefit options so they can make informed decisions
• Maintain accurate digital client records and provide timely follow-up communication
• Guide clients through the application and enrollment process with professionalism and care
• Participate in weekly training sessions and leadership development programs
Requirements
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Reliable internet connection and a Windows-based laptop or PC with a working webcam
Nice-to-haves
• Experience in leadership, client service, advising, or team environments
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• A proactive, mission-oriented mindset
• Comfort using virtual platforms and digital tools
• A desire to continue serving others in a meaningful capacity
