Position Details
Job Title: Data Entry Specialist
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Location: South Scottsdale, AZ (Hybrid after training | 1 day onsite per week until fully trained)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7 am - 4 pm or 8 am - 5 pm
Key Responsibilities
Gather and accurately enter data from various websites into designated platforms.
Communicate with vendors via email or phone to resolve any data discrepancies, requiring basic customer service skills.
Participate in status update calls and handle ad hoc information requests as needed.
Ideal Candidate
2+ years of experience managing relationships across multiple departments.
Proficient in email communication, phone interactions, and basic customer service.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
Experience in vendor management or multi-departmental customer service.
Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
Onboarding Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
Successful completion of a criminal background check and drug screening.
Two verifiable employment references.
