The Cannabis industry, like most all business, is underserved by traditional financial services firms and banks. FundCanna was founded to provide access to flexible, renewable capital specifically for all facets of the Cannabis supply chain and vendors serving this growing industry. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Junior Salesforce Admin to join our team. This in-office role is instrumental in supporting our daily operations and ensuring the optimal performance of the Salesforce and related platforms. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: · Manage daily cases and requests in Salesforce. · Assist with maintenance and troubleshooting of current platforms and processes. · Provide support for development and enhancements in Salesforce, customer-facing Portals, existing product maintenance and new product development. · Building and maintaining Salesforce dashboards and reports · Working with business stakeholders to support data management and governance tasks. · Document processes and platforms to improve operational clarity. · Offload daily cases and requests. · Support Salesforce enhancement projects. · Manage integrations. · Assist with offshore coordination and stakeholder communications. Candidate Requirements: Ideal candidates will be/have: · Detail-Oriented: Capable of managing multiple tasks with precision and efficiency. · Self-Motivated & Collaborative: Thrives in a team environment and takes initiative independently. · A bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field is preferred. Instead of a degree, 2-3 years of experience in a relevant role. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: · Experience with Salesforce administration and equivalent CRM tools. · Salesforce Admin Certification or Associate Certification preferred. · Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. · Excellent communication and documentation skills.
