Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Healthcare Administration, Accounting, or related field (Master’s preferred).
3+ years of experience in healthcare compensation, provider contracting, or reimbursement analysis.
Strong understanding of value-based care models and healthcare payment systems.
Advanced Excel and data analysis skills; knowledge of SQL or reporting tools is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
